This page gives a compact product-facing meaning for the most important shared values and states.
Role matrix

Visibility matrix

Archive lifecycle matrix

Access-state matrix

AI and LLM relevance
AI-supported features should be read together with scope and masking:
- visible row does not always mean visible sensitive content
- tenant-level sensitivity and company scope still apply
- masked data is protected data, not automatically missing data
Good rule of thumb
If a value changes who can see something, whether content is masked, or whether data is still downloadable, it usually belongs both to product behavior and to security-aware operations.
