Troubleshooting Message Popups
I can see the message, but not the payload body
Typical causes:
- payload access is restricted for your role or tag scope
- payload metadata was loaded, but the content is intentionally masked
- the payload was not downloaded or cached yet
I expected runs, but the run list is empty
Check:
- whether the message actually has runtime run data
- whether the sync window already covered this message
- whether you are looking at the correct message and not only a related one
I expected correlated messages, but only one row appears
Typical reasons:
- the message has no shared correlation id
- related messages exist outside the current filtered time range
- the wider chain is not fully synchronized yet
The popup feels stale although the tenant is active
Check:
- whether the tenant sync is enabled and healthy
- whether the relevant time range is inside the current hot window
- whether worker cycles already processed the latest message set
I expected headers or details, but they are incomplete
Typical causes:
- fields are hidden by permission scope
- the upstream source did not provide the expected data
- the detail sync is newer for one part of the message than for another

- masking and permission rules
- worker timing and sync dependencies
