Troubleshooting Artifacts

The expected artifact is missing

Check:

  • whether the artifact belongs to this tenant and package
  • whether artifact sync has already completed
  • whether the search term or filter hides the row

Deployment details do not match expectation

Typical causes:

  • the deployment changed recently and sync has not caught up
  • the artifact exists in design context, but not as active runtime deployment
  • you are comparing the wrong package or revision

Hashes or metadata look inconsistent

Check:

  • whether you are comparing metadata hash and content hash correctly
  • whether the artifact was updated without the expected deployment step
  • whether the visible row still reflects an older sync cycle

Typical reasons:

  • the source did not provide that metadata
  • the artifact has no populated dependency relation
  • the detail inventory for that row is incomplete

When to use the technical docs

Switch to /sysdocs when you need:

  • the inventory load and detail-action flow
  • endpoint boundaries and module ownership
  • relation between package and artifact storage
  • technical explanation of hashes, metadata, and sync timing
