AI and LLM Administration
This chapter explains the company-level AI and LLM area from a product perspective.
What admins usually control
- which model configuration is active for the company
- whether the AI setup fits the intended business scope
- whether company users should rely on AI-supported analysis in this scope
Practical decision matrix
| Question | Why admins should care |
|---|---|
| which model is active | it changes capability, cost, and response behavior in company scope |
| who should rely on it | not every user group needs the same AI-supported workflow |
| how sensitive the data is | scope and masking still limit what AI-backed flows should see |
Important operational boundary
Company admin controls the company view, not the platform-wide AI policy. Sensitive content rules such as payload masking still apply even when AI features are enabled.
