AI and LLM Administration

This chapter explains the company-level AI and LLM area from a product perspective.

What admins usually control

  • which model configuration is active for the company
  • whether the AI setup fits the intended business scope
  • whether company users should rely on AI-supported analysis in this scope

Practical decision matrix

Question Why admins should care
which model is active it changes capability, cost, and response behavior in company scope
who should rely on it not every user group needs the same AI-supported workflow
how sensitive the data is scope and masking still limit what AI-backed flows should see

Important operational boundary

Company admin controls the company view, not the platform-wide AI policy. Sensitive content rules such as payload masking still apply even when AI features are enabled.
